Goals of NCCCLP

Goals

Strengthen the leadership skill of community college employees at all levels.
Assist colleges in identifying motivating, and training community college employees who can assume leadership roles in their own institutions.
Inform potential leaders about the structure, and governance of the community college system.
Promote opportunities for networking among employees in the community college system.
Provide a diverse pool of qualified leaders in community college education.
